Geocache Description:

PHC stands for Petrolia Historic Cache and the series is intended to highlight some of the historic locations and events in the Petrolia Area.

The coordinates will take you to a historic benchmark in the middle of Victoria Park. The benchmark has four numbers : ABCD

Subtract D squared from the north coordinates and add A to the west coordinates. It's a short walk to the cache
