With Christmas now out of the way and the New Years celebrations to
look forward too, what better way to fill in the gap in the middle
than to meet up with all the local cachers!!
We have arranged a room at the Travellers Rest Pub on the Pen-y-fan
Leisure Park, near Blackwood for the event. They have pitches for
caravans, campervans and camping, so anyone brave enough to spend a
night under canvas in late December are well catered for.

They are doing Sunday Lunches only on this day and would be
grateful if we could give them approximate numbers of people
requiring lunch. Children’s portions are also available.
The event will follow the usual format of the previous local events
with a few new caches posted for the event and listings available
of the existing local caches. An area will also be set aside for
trackables and we hope to have a quiz or event for the little
cachers!! We hope to start around 10.30am and will confirm the
