Fin dagli inizi del XVI
secolo, cartelli satirici venivano appesi nottetempo presso un
numero di statue che sorgevano in luoghi ben frequentati della
città,così che la mattina seguente chiunque potesse leggerli, prima
che fossero rimossi dalle guardie.
I cartelli a volte avevano
poesie, a volte dei dialoghi umoristici; nella maggior parte dei
casi bersaglio della satira era il papa. E gli autori, ovviamente,
rimanevano ignoti.
Le cosiddette "statue
parlanti" sono l'arma con la quale Roma si è sempre opposta
all'arroganza e alla corruzione delle classi dominanti con grande
senso dell'umorismo.
Il popolo cominciò ad
assegnare dei soprannomi a queste statue,
delle quali la più famosa era "Pasquino"; ai nostri giorni questi
monumenti sembrano aver perduto la parola, ma rimangono comunque
saldamente al loro posto.
La statua si trova in
Piazza di Pasquino ed i messaggi che vedete
attaccati alla statua sono le cosiddette
“Pasquinate”.
Sono a sfondo satirico,
spesso in rima, in latino o in romanesco e da sempre criticano le
autorità e le personalità più disparate, dando voce al popolo dei
romani.
Oltre a Pasquino per anni
anche altre statue hanno dato voce al popolo capitolino.
Per trovare il tesoro dovete recarvi
presso le 6 statue e trovare i seguenti numeri:
- Pasquino: il numero
civico del Consolato Generale del Brasile = A
- Marforio: (si vede da fuori, non bisogna pagare
l'ingresso!!!) Sopra
la statua vi è una targa che alla fine riporta
una data in caratteri romani,convertirla =B
- Madama Lucrezia: il numero civico in alto a sinistra dopo l'arco
=C
- Abate Luigi: il numero in alto a sinistra =D
- Facchino: il numero civico in alto a destra =E
- Babuino: il numero civico di fronte alla statua
=F
Questa compagnia di statue parlanti,
viene denominata “Congresso degli
Arguti”.
ATTENZIONE:
destra e sinistra è riferito alle statue.....no a te che guardi

Since the early sixteenth century, satirical
posters were hung overnight at a number of statues that stood in
well-attended city, so the next morning that anyone could read
them,before they were removed by guards.
The signs were sometimes poetry, sometimes humorous dialogues, in
most cases the target of satire was the pope. And the authors, of
course, remained unknown.
The so-called "talking statues" have the weapon
with which Rome has always been the opposite of arrogance and
corruption of the ruling classes with a great sense of
humor.
The people began to assign nicknames to these
statues, of which the most famous was "Pasquino" in our day these

It's impossible to find this cache using only guidebook and
internet! You have to visit all menbers of “Congresso degli
Arguti”
and when you do it - finding it wouldn't be very
difficult
