Join the celebration with shrek and Fiona, who waltzed right up
to their 1000th find while visiting Dresden Germany recently,
finding a cache named "Kunsthof reloaded." Enjoy the sometimes
murky hunt to find their special silver ammo can, placed in
recognition of their caching achievement.
The cache is located near the LaCrosse River, but you might get
wet feet reaching it. We approached from one direction, then left
from another, and crossed some of that nice green grass that
indicates a high water table. When you near the cache site, you'll
see...it's the perfect location for Shrek! The best way to approach
it is from Amundson Park in Sparta, beyond which a maze of trails
follow the river.
When logging this cache, share a shrek & Fiona story if you
can. Maybe you met them along the trail, or have enjoyed some of
the many hides they've placed for others to find.
