This is a nice 1.2 mile hike along a somewhat challenging trail down to a bay on Hauser Lake.
Best starting spot is the BLM Spokane Bay trailhead off of Keir Lane west of Helena. Shale and gravel trail for 1/2 of the hike is a bit up and down and cuts along a fairly steep hillside. Last half is flat along an old road, down to the bay and the lake. Access by boat might also be fun. Cache is a plastic bucket with some fishing lures, Ohio State baseball cap, Rubber Chicken Travel Bug, and an origami flapping crane.
