A nice hike of a mile or so in Wexford's State Game Lands
#203.
This cache, along with "The Elves' Caches Are Dinosaurs," will
introduce you to a nice trail that hasn't had any geocaches until
now.
Fall is one of our favorite seasons for geocaching. The mosquitos
have gone away, the cooler temperatures make for better hiking than
the heat and humidity of the summer, and the smell of the fallen
leaves can't be beat. The Elves have a ball in the fall!
This cache is a peanut jar covered in green camo tape. It has a
trading theme of "balls" of all types. Bring your koosh balls,
superballs, stress balls, etc., and trade for another!
Near the cache, you will see some ruins from prior activities in
this area. See the additional waypoint below. The cache is hidden a
safe distance away, just inside the border of the Game Lands.
As with all caches hidden on State Game Lands, please observe
all applicable Game Commission rules and regulations, including
wearing the required orange clothing during peak hunting
seasons. We appreciate the Pennsylvania Game Commission's
