You're hunting for a camouflage tape covered lock-n-lock spaghetti container which is placed along a bike trail. There isn't any access from the north.

Ironically, even though Groundspeak distributed the Diabetes Travel Bugs last year, I was not permitted to say anything about diabetes in this cache page.
