The cache is not at the coordinates, but is just a starting point. Located in the Auburn fairground parking lot, you will need to determine the following to locate the cache:

A = # of poles divided by 2
B = Total number of lights on all poles (-7)
C = # of poles with 2 lights (+1)
D = 2 poles have ___ lights each
E = # of poles + 3
F = B divided by E
All the lights and poles are inside the perimeter of the parking lot. Do not count any lights or poles on the perimeter. Cache is hidden within sight of the poles so you won't have to go far once you've solved it.
