Geocache Description:

Congratulations to barkfeather for FTF!

This cache is part of a series involving caches placed near park land.

The cache had to be moved due to mugglekill (see coordinate change note), and this description doesn't match the original description for the other location.

It should now be a cache and dash.

Be sure to inspect within a 10' radius in any direction.

Introducing this cache that is near the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park, but not on park land, called Deep Run.

A micro in a wood, it's located very near the easternmost tributary of Deep Run Creek, the site of Confederate encampments in 1862. The cache is next to a county road which is subject to many muggles and parking is now of a temporary nature.

Keep in mind that you'll still be subject to some muggling while near the county road, although there shouldn't be too much proximity to residences as before.

Please replace precisely as found or the value of the cache may be diminished.

If you walk about 25' or so to the West from the cache, you should see what I felt was a fine view of Deep Run, especially when the water levels are higher as they were on the date this cache was relocated here (12/16/2008).
