A small container at the National Tropical Botanic Garden Visitor Center in Kauai
The Gardens are open daily from 8:30am-5pm. GATES ARE CLOSED at other times (they may also be closed on holidays) DO NOT search for the cache when they are closed. There is no fee to enter the garden area where the cache is located.
RE-HIDE COMPLETELY and do not disturb any adjacent vegetation or features. WATCH FOR MUGGLES NEARBY!
Near Spouting Horn, at the meeting place for tours of the magnificent NTBG's Allerton and McBryde gardens
Access to the cache area is free. Several very interesting tours are available and tour income helps support the garden’s important conservation work, especially preservation of native and endemic plants of Hawaii.
The tram and 1-mile guided walking tour provides a lot of history, a bit of scandal and incredible views of Lawai beach and a very provocatively designed "outdoor rooms".
After you find the cache, browse the plantation house visitor center and the surrounding gardens.
