Einfacher Cache, nicht nur für Windmühlen-Fans.
Die Bockwindmühle (auch Ständermühle, Kastenmühle oder Deutsche Windmühle) ist der älteste Windmühlentyp in Europa. Kernmerkmal dieses Mühlentyps ist es, dass das gesamte Mühlenhaus auf einem einzelnen Pfahl steht, auf dem es in den Wind gedreht werden kann. (Quelle: Wikipedia)
Die Mühle, die ursprünglich an dieser Stelle stand, wurde 1921 für einen Film abgebrannt. Jetzt könnt ihr in Cache-Nähe eine Mühle bewundern, die früher in Metzelthin stand und etwa aus dem Jahr 1790 stammt. Sie wurde 2008 vom Förderverein historisches Gatow an neuer Stelle wieder aufgebaut. Genaueres vor Ort oder hier
