Raigardas is a beautiful valley Nemunas formed over years.
It has been painted by Ciurlionis, people sang about it, . There
were probably some better spots to hide the cache, but I loved the
fact that I nearly stepped out of the European Union while
exploring the valley so decided to mark the place with hiding a
cache. The valley is beautiful, worth a visit.
Just make sure you stay in Lithuania. You probably need a special
permit from the border guards unless you have a thick wallet and
plenty of time. Ah yes, should you decide to take pictures, better
take a cheap camera that you don't care much about.
