For those curious how puzzle worked:

The X on the map is a central point from which straight lines could be drawn out to the various other Letters that are on the outer sections of the image. The line would pass over a number and that number could be plugged into the coordinate formula.

Geocache Description:

This is a puzzle cache. The physical cache is not at the above listed coordinates. In order to locate the cache you must decipher the true coordinates from the puzzling map below. Good luck.

You receive in the mail a most curious parcel. The package has no return address and when opened all that is inside is a long, slim leather tube. Written on a sticker placed on the outside of the tube is the following: "IT'S ANOTHER PUZZLE CACHE! --EarthCurrent =P" You open the tube and inside is a large sheaf of parchment, which, upon removal and unrolling you find to be a weathered looking map.

It is quite clearly a treasure map, but leading to what sort of treasure you have no idea. Knowing EarthCurrent it is probably very cheap treasure. It is also probably in Riverbend Park in Palisade; the guy has no originality when it comes to finding hiding places.
