Charlie's Park Cache Traditional Cache

Off the ground easy find at a city park.
This cache is a camouflaged film canister located up off the ground so it should be accessible year round. It only contains the log - BRING YOUR OWN WRITING INSTRUMENT! Please attempt to return the cache to it's hiding spot as out of site as possible.
The cache is near the main east-west thoroughfare through the city of Ipswich, SD so it should make a nice park and grab cache although some stealth may be required.
The cache is in a city park the local's call "Charlie's Park" which is home to the Memorial Arch on the Yellowstone Trail. The arch, which can be seen east of the cache site, once spanned the highway but was moved when the highway was widened to 4 lanes through town.
Muggles may be present at any time - some times worse than others.
