This little piggy thought she made her home in a safe place: the
Methodist Episcopal Church. Unfortunately, the Big Bad Wolf huffed
and puffed and blew the church down. So much for building with
bricks! When the BBW tried to find her in the rubble all he found
was an etching that read:
"Dearest Big Bad, Upon hearing of your arrival in town I decided
to abscond to my bucolic safe-house. You shant find me now. All the
best, Little Piggy."
We can only hope our clever little piggy left a forwarding
address!
Suggested parking is in the lot on the North-East corner of
Steam Boat Landing/Dock Road and Rt. 34. You can park a few hundred
feet from the remains of her home. The second stage will lead you
into Cheesequake State Park via a hidden back-door. This clever
little piggy isn't making it easy on the Wolf - she is a master of
camouflage & knows how to use her environment to throw off
geo-signals. The clue should narrow your search however. Keep your
eye out for deer - they are plentiful in this area. Also be aware
that the area to the East is private property & posted. Enjoy
the park responsibly & please help keep this little piggy's new
home a happy one. Rebuild if necessary after your visit!
