This is not a difficult find. Roughly a 1/2 mile walk on a sloped but not steep trail. Nice big ammo box.
Many years ago there used to be a road here. It was hard for the city to maintain due to common mudslides and erosion so they shut it down. It's amazing how quickly nature has reclaimed the area. Now this is a road that only Charlie Brown could love.
You'll be looking for a nice big ammo box right at Charlie Brown's tree. Grab the cache and enjoy the beautiful view of the valley while you sign the log. Cache is stocked with some fun little Snoopy goodies.
Please rehide the cache carefully. There was a cache placed in this vicinity some time ago ("Nature's Reclamation") which disappeared. We'd love to have Charlie Brown's cache stick around for a long time.
I wouldn't recommend this as a night find. There are areas where the dropoff is rather steep. Also, the old asphault gets slippery when it's wet.
