This is a small cache container. It is suitable for a few small items. Not quite a park and grab, but it shouldn't take too long to find. There is parking right in front of the general vicinity of the cache.
Please make sure to put the cache back EXACTLY where you found it. :)
This is the parking lot of a retirement community. Stealth is required. Building administrator is aware of the cache, though not all employees are aware. Recommended time is mid-afternoon, because at certain times it's high traffic. This is not recommended for late night access out of respect to the facility.
Cache is a small plastic container with room for a few very small items.
