Geocache Description:

Stop, Rest and Revive is a series of caches along the Stuart Highway in the Northern Territory. These caches aim at breaking up the long and often very uneventful journeys throughout the Territory.
I hope that you enjoy the caches and that you take the oppotunity to Stop, Rest and Revive during your travels

SRR - Pine Creek

Pine Creek is a town with its roots deeply in Gold and Copper. Its a quaint little town with a fairly decent cafe (Maisys opp. the servo) and some great caches.

The road to the west of the cache leads you to a spectacular gorge named Umbrawarra which is a must do if you have a few hours spare. There is camping and access is easily 2wd during the dry season. There are also two caches in the gorge, a traditional and another virtual. En route to the george there is also another virtual which will have you prospecting for answers (pardon the pun). The side trip comes highly recomended as a must go location in the territory.

The cache itself can be found not at all far from the highway and is accessible by road. Its a micro eclypse container with pen and paper last time i checked. Have fun and enjoy.
