We know we don't actually live on the Sunshine Coast (unless you're trying to flog real estate to those mexicans!) but with encouragement from Cooroy Scouts and support from Konie, we thought it was about time an event was held there. With so many new caching teams in the area, it is an opportunity to gather, get to know each other and share stories of tears and triumphs in your caching adventures.
The location is the picnic shelter in the Tewantin Noosa Lions Park, opposite the Yacht Club from 8.00am. There are plenty of BBQs to sizzle something for breakfast and lots of space for the kids to play or ride their bikes, have a swim in the river or whatever else they may like to do. Who knows, there may even be a cache to find!
