A multi-cache where one must go to the library and find the first stage which will lead one to do some research and to find the final.
Our family is really into the library, I grew up in various libraries in Colorado, and my wife is a librarian. The Arcade branch public library is pretty good, it has a fantastic adult non-fiction selection.
This cache requires that you go visit the Arcade Branch during buisness hours, because you will find a puzzle which requires a quick visit inside. Using the information you find outside, you will find the final cache.

Technically you do not NEED to go into the library to do your research, you simply need to get access to the library's online catalog.
NOTE 03/11/09; I was there today and it is really a muggle- rich enviornment, they won't be watching too closely, so use your skills, sit down read your "notes". --Just something to know if you don't like high muggles in an urban enviorn. The two other Dewey Decimal Caches are not nearly so muggley.
