Located in the parking lot across the street from my work.
Little pill bottle with a log. Bring a pen. And once you find the cache tell me what the box truck with the filmstrip says in the lot across from you. Its there 99% of the time so if somehow its not there tell me and I'll know.. Just trying out the mystery cache thing, trust me, they'll get trickier. :)
