Another place to watch the steam trains on the Severn Valley
railway. We have called it Petes dream because of a cacher
that
lives up in LollyBob land who works on the railway, I bet he
would
love to work on these wonderful trains. It is a stunning area
with
some wonderful views over the valley. If you stand on top of
the
hill you can see the trains puffing away getting up the
incline
after leaving th station. There is a request stop close to
the
cache, you just stick your hand out and stop the train just
like
you would stop a bus. It is a thrill stopping a steam train
with
one hand LOL. You dont need to catch the train to get this
cache,
there is ample car parking space near the visitors centre but
be
aware of the opening and closing times.
