I am sorry about the delay in getting this one out, I had planned to release them all at once so anyone tracking them all down could do it in one swoop. Somehow, this one got lost in the mix.
But, it is out now, in a less than quiet spot where I personally have spent several long days watching people dig a whole, then fill it back in again. It will eventually be the first roundabout in Barre, with a nice memorial in the center. At the moment, it is kind of a hole with some construction vehicles parked in it.
I recommend not attempting this one during work hours, as they may look at you funny going through the work site, but afterwards, or on weekends when no work is being done it is okay to saunter over to grab it.
EDIT (7/20/09) - The work is all done around this intersection now and it is much easier to grab the cache unnoticed. Much of the roadside parking that was available has gone, but there is still a small lot just off the roundabout on the 110 side that you can use and be completely out of the way.
