In 1890 the Brockville Cemetery was enlarged with the purchase of an additional forty-six acres on the north side of the highway from James E. Grant, grandson of the original settler. Thus it was the new Oakland Cemetery, St. Peter’s Cemetery, and St. Francis Xavier Cemetery were planned and opened on the north side of the highway.
Dogs are permitted but please keep them on a leash and clean up after them, thank you.
