Geocache Description:

An easy cache to find... if you can get to it.

This cache is located off of Cedar Street just outside of Mt. Holly Springs. I do not recommend driving back Cedar Street unless you have a vehicle that can handle deep ruts, huge puddles (during wet times), and large rocks. Our Saturn Outlook AWD did great, although we did scrape bottom a couple of times. Cache owner takes no responsibility for towing, repair, or body work bills as a result of driving to this location. Due to the drive, this is not recommended for night-caching. Oh, and if you approach from Mt. Holly, don't think that driving the rest of the way through to Red Tank Road will be any easier...

Ok, now that that's out of the way... We got tired of doing so many micros over the past few weeks that we felt it was time to place another container that can hold trade items. Our last cache was muggled, so we may have gone a little overboard in placing this out of the way. This spot looks like an old railroad bed, and you'll understand the name when you get there.

You are looking for a medium-sized lock-and-lock container filled with swag. Plenty of room for travel bugs, although I don't know how fast they would move due to the remote location of this container. Please hide better than you found it.

Also, if you take kids along, please watch them in this area. There is some trash nearby, including broken glass and an old crumpled car.

Enjoy!

UPDATE: Watch for ticks!

Thanks to ladiejane for this possible reason for the walls:
"I have nothing to base this on but given the proximity to the RR line and the man made race that these walls straddle, my guess is that this may be the original location of the Red Tank cystern that supplied water to the old steam engines."
