Arsenal & the Airfield Traditional Cache

Not a quick dash for this as you have about a mile walk, butis is a nice walk between the training ground of Watford and Arsenal Football Clubs. You never know you might even see them train.
Arsenal and the Airfield
This title might well have been Watford and the airfield, as you have to walk between the training ground of Watford and Arsenal, so I went with Arsenal, as it sounds better.
This is our first go at hiding a cache so I do hope it is an enjoyable one. If you approach this from the north then you will go between the two training grounds and the walk is just under a mile. There is a bit of parking at N 51 42.191 W 000 16.412 in a small lay by next to some houses. However if you want a shorter walk, about half a mile, then come in from the south. Parking isn't too good there but the start of the path is at N51.41.809 W000.16.134 but I think the walk from the north is nicer.
The walk from the north is flat but there is a gentle incline up to the location, not really suitable for buggies but could be done, best done with a dog. As you walk to the cache you will go between the two training grounds and then intosome open sports fields and then the Airfield.
If you come in form the south there are 4 styles to cross so not one for buggies and it is a bit hilly.
The cache is a 2l BDH container which has a screw top. The children had fun filling it with bits and bob so don't expect anything for the adult. There is a note book and pencil which I put in.
