Wrapped in an ornate iron fence, Twin Mansions stand majestically waiting to welcome you. Step out of your carriage, promenade up the front stairs to the big front porch. Sit a spell if you are so inclined. The folks inside are kindly and welcoming and quite pleased to give you a tour of their Twin Mansions.

Magnificent architectural wonders are recognized as one of the 8 Wonders of Bourbon County -- and not just one but TWO! This classical front porch adorns the Italianate mansion using two-story Carthage marble columns. Big pillows beckon you to rest in the big, custom made willow porch swing – a fine place for a little nap on your GeoCache Journey.The cache is in an old-fashioned glass container with a pencil, pen & paper inside – please register today’s date, your name and hometown. Help yourself to the Kansas Travel Guide, Kansas Bed & Breakfast Directory and brochure of Lyons Twin Mansions. Interested in trinkets and tokens.
