This should be a real easy P&G with parking on either side of the cache.
This cache is placed in a very developed area of Union County! For some of you who have been to this area in the past, you probably will not recognize it anymore.
If you look off the east end of the parking area, you will see the area of Norris Lake know as Loyston Sea!
Take yourself back to the 1930's. In this area, you would standing on a ridge top overlooking the city of Loyston, Tennessee. Off in the distance, you would see the Clinch River as it winds through Union County.
In 1935, the City of Loyston was flooded as the Clinch River slowly flooded out this valley when the gates of Norris Dam were closed.
Many of the area citizens still hold a hatred of TVA over the fact that they were displaced from homes and lands that generations of their family were born and raised on!
You are are looking for a Altoid's can with a log and room for some small trade items.
Muggles will be a problem especially in summer months, so stealth will be a must!
