How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This small ammo box is intended as a roadside 'cache and dash' TB hotel. With careful parking and dry weather the cache might be just about suitable for high heels and good shoes - you don't need to climb anything or go anywhere too muddy to do it.

There is parking for one vehicle right at the cache site - which will also give you good cover. There is also some additional verge parking slightly further north on the LHS by the Southwater sign. The parking space is sometimes occupied by dog walkers using the adjacent field, and BT vans doing whatever BT engineers do :) but they tend not to stay too long.

The cache contains no swaps but has a TB packing kit consisting of a permanent marker, labels, and zip bags. Please feel free to put TBs you deposit in a bag and label it with their mission, preferences or dislikes to help cachers decide whether they can help them on their way or not.

Please replace the cache carefully as muggles do use the entrance regularly.
