This cache is placed in one of Windom's smallest parks. Parking is very close. The parking area can be very busy at times. Little muggles like to hang out under the trees in warm weather. Pick the right time to find this one.
The container is a camouflage covered Altoids tin containing a logbook, short pencil and a John Deere token at for the FTF prize. (Congratulations to "Clubmud1" for FTF.) The container is hidden head high to the average guy and will be very difficult to see. You may need the hint on this one.
