This cache is located in the small of Dunnigan. A very easy find with pretty easy terrain.
I have been working in Colusa for about a month now. Usually the trip to and from is very uneventful. Today was different though. I have been carpooling with a friend named Brad. We take his car because it gets better gas mileage. We made it to work O.K. and finished our day. We got about 10 miles south of the job when the front driver tire blew off its tread. It scared the expletive out of us both. We pulled over and started changing the tire and were back on the road. We made it another 10 miles or so when the spare that we just put on blew up. At this point we thought we were stuck. We decided to put the old treadless tire back on and see how far it would get us. We managed to get another 1.6 miles before it completely gave out and we coasted up the off ramp and into the gas station. As he started calling people to rescue us I hid this cache. It is a small round container that will not hold alot. We waited for almost 2 hours before his dad got there with a new tire. A long day at work with one heck of an adventure on the way home.
