When we wake up the first thing we do is make Hot Chocolate and
coffee. The next thing we do is gather around the fireplace and
read Luke Chapter 2. Each year we rotate who reads the bible. Kayla
started the tradition and read it outloud for the first time when
she was about 10. This is an important tradition for us becuase it
reminds us what Christmas is all about. It is done before the
presents, before the rest of the family comes and before the chaos
begins. It has an honored place in the HiDude Christmas
traditions.
