24 Season 1 Mystery Cache

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED COORDINATES!!!
I went back to the cache and verified it's location. After 50 different attempts I have made some minor changes to the final coords. Please reread the information below.
This is my first puzzle so I am still learning. Let's try this again!!
My family and I love the show 24 so we thought to do a puzzle cache for this one.
The coordinates are as follows. N 37 33.230 and
W G FED.470.
I changed the difficlty to 2 as I have modified the puzzle. DEFG is the year that El Paso was renamed to Derby. The quote you will look for is ..."People slowly started calling the town itself Derby, but it was not officially changed for almost 80 years. In EGDF, El Paso, Kansas finally became Derby, Kansas".
Keep in mind the are is heavily wooded so the GPS's may have a fit. The coords have been verified by several people with several differnrt GPS's!
