This is a left-over Halloween prop (hence the name) that's not too far off of Chino Hills Parkway.
This is number eight in a series of caches I've placed in this area. It can be accessed several ways, if you want to do the series, I recommend that you start at the La Sierra Drive Trail head located near the corner of La Sierra Drive and Monteverde in Chino Hills. Coordinates are N 34 00.467 W 117 45.600. More info on the "La Sierra" cache page, GC147P4.
If you want to do just this cache, it is a short walk from Chino Hills Parkway but please be aware that there is no parking on the Parkway. This should be an easy cache to find, please put it back the way you found it.
