A Lyon, découvrez des vestiges d'un aqueduc romain vieux de 2000 ans !
L'aqueduc du Gier était un des quatre qui alimentaient Lugdunum, capitale des Gaules.
Canal voûté, long de 86km pour un dénivelé de 105m, il comportait 11 tunnels, 30 ponts, 10 murs et files d'arches, 4 siphons avec des tuyaux en plomb et plus de 1000 regards de visites.

In Lyon, discover the remains of a Roman aqueduct dating back 2000 years!
The aqueduct of Gier was one of four that fed Lugdunum, the capital of Gaul.
Vaulted channel, 86km long, difference in height of 105m, it has 11 tunnels, 30 bridges, 10 walls and arches lineups, 4 siphons with lead pipes and more than 1,000 manholes.
