You are looking for an ammo box less than 100 feet from potential parking.
I felt I had to place this cache for two reasons:
1) this is the old Clary’s Grove (GC1ARXW) cache container that was put out for the Lincoln’s Cache event by the Menard County Trails and Greenways Association and CIGA. I was asked to pick up this cache when summer was over and wanted to give it another home in the caching world; and
2) I want to celebrate a cacher that went the extra mile and travelled to another state to help me on my 40th birthday quest. MacGregor07 saw the dream, understood it, and lived it with me! I really appreciate good cachin’ buds!
Since MacGregor07 LOVES travel bugs and geocoins, I only thought it was appropriate for her cache to be an ammo box. And now when she comes down to Springfield for work, this will be an easy park and grab that I think she can even do in her work suits!!!
This cache contains all of the swag that was left in the Clary's Grove cache – plus a few extra kid items. In addition, I am starting one of my geocoins off in this cache.
