Geocache Description:

The site of an infamous sighting of a little green man on Ilkley Moor.

In the early morning of 1st December 1987, a policeman named Philip Spencer was out walking on Ilkley Moor when he claims that he noticed a little green man. He had a camera with him and took a photograph of the alien. His story and picture has facinated UFO enthusiasts worldwide.

The geocache is located in the "crater" near to where the little green man was sighted - See black & white pictures in the Gallery below (and also some more recent pics of our own!).
