Geocache Description:

Nice short hike in the Simcoe County Forest Blauxham Tract.;

Continuing the "It is NOT a Fir cone" series taking a humorous look at the consequences of global warming on our woodlands and forests.
Yes, another "micro in the woods" BUT enjoy our sense of humour.
This and other nearby caches in the Blauxham Tract could be a quickie for commuters along 5th Side Road/Veterans Drive.
Caution while parking or pulling away from the small cleared areas near the tract entrances off 5th side Road as traffic along this road is busy during commute times. Cache container only accommodates a small log book so bring own writing instrument. There is about a 37 meter easy bushwack if you approach on the N-S trail or over twice this from the other trail. Snow shoes or cross country skis are recommended for access during winter/snow or you will have
snow filled boots/shoes.
