[PT]Esta cache fica situada na Serra de São Luís, Parque Natural da Arrábida e queremos propôr-vos dois desafios bem diferentes.
O primeiro é simplesmente dar um passeio por um local lindissimo e terminar o mesmo num "miradouro" inesquecível a 392m de altitude.
Poderão avistar o mar, Tróia, a Serra do Louro, Gaiteiros e Formosinho, Palmela e o seu castelo, a cidade de Setúbal e em dias de boa visibilidade Lisboa e Sintra.
O segundo desafio é descobrir o que está errado na paisagem, tarefa fácil se olharmos com atenção para encostas da serra em redor que simplesmente desapareceram.
Depois, meditar um pouco sobre a importância de preservar este legado para as gerações vindouras.
Esta foi aparentemente a razão principal que presidiu à classificação do Parque Natural da Arrábida:
"A instalação do Parque Natural da Arrábida (Decreto-Lei nº 622/76, de 28 de Julho) visou proteger os valores geológicos, florísticos, faunísticos e paisagísticos locais bem como testemunhos materiais de ordem cultural e histórica.
O valor da fauna e flora marinhas da costa arrábida foi contemplado através de uma Reserva Marinha contígua. Na zona do cabo Espichel a protecção visa as arribas marinhas, espécies vegetais endémicas, a nidificação de aves e a preservação de icnofósseis."

[ENG] This cache is located in São Luis Sierra, Arrabida Natural Park and we propose you, two different challenges. The first one is simply take a hike to this beautiful place and end it on this unforgettable "viewpoint" at 392m high. From there you can see and admire the following places; the sea, Tróia, Louro Sierra, Gaiteiros and Formosinho, Palmela village and the castle, Setubal and in days of good visibility Lisbon and Sintra.The second challenge is to find out what is wrong in the landscape, easy task if you look carefully for slopes in the hills around that simply disappeared. Then, meditate a little about the importance of preserving this legacy for future generations.
This was apparently the main reason that led to the classification of the Arrabida Natural Park:"The installation of the Arrabida Natural Park (Law No. 622/76, from July 28) aimed to protect the geological values, flowers, wildlife and scenic sites as well as material evidence of a cultural and historical legacy.The value of Arrábida’s coast was covered by a contiguous marine reserve. The Cape Espichel zone aims to protect the sea cliffs, endemic plant species, the nesting of birds and the preservation of fossil."
