Geocache Description:

NOTE: The above Coordinates are for very near the FINAL stage. While this cache is LOCATED near Exit 54 on I-85, TO OBTAIN the FINAL COORDINATES you MUST START AT about EXIT 14 on I-85. .....The "2" difficulty results from the time and distance it takes to do this cache. The answers themselves are easy.

This cache is FOR PERSONS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND on I-85. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LEAVE the INTERSTATE UNTIL YOU GET to Exit 54, in GREEENVILLE, SC, where you will take that exit to a temporary parking spot. There you can plug the FINAL COORDINATES for the actual cache into your GPS. This is so you will not have to unsafely try to plug them in while driving .....The cache is located 0.21 miles from the parking spot. YOU WILL DRIVE, NOT WALK, TO THE FINAL COORDINATES from the parking spot. After finding it, you can quickly return to the Interstate to continue on your journey. *OR* you can take a few minutes and grab a few nearby caches, for example: (GC1BBA4), (GC1HB4B), (GC1CAG8) ,(GC1B8EG). .....There is also a “sister” cache of this one called SOUTHBOUND I-85, which is located about 1/2 mile from this one, BUT, in order to get the coordinates for IT, you must start around Exit 90 on I-85 and travel South. The container is a 1-lb ointment jar, 4” tall by 3.5” across. It holds a log and some tradable items, but no pen. To get the FINAL COORDINATES: follow the directions below and answer the questions for each letter. The answers are then put in the final formula below. .....IT IS BEST if you have a traveling companion to help you record the answers, but, if not, just be careful as you are jotting down the answers. All the answers are a single number for each letter. If you prefer, you could pull off at the next exit to record each answer (there are six). NOTE: THIS CACHE CAN ONLY BE DONE IN DAYLIGHT. At night you will miss some clues. The STARTING Coordinates are N 34 32.828 and W 082 48.439. The PARKING Coordinates are: N 34 51.427 and W 082 15.441 The FINAL Coordinates are: N 34 51. A__ C__ B__ and W 082 15.F__ E__ D__. Where A, C, B, F, E, & D are determined by answering the following questions: START around Exit 14 on I-85 Northbound. (N 35 32.828 and W 082 48.439) The order of the questions is A,B,C,D,E, and F.
