Easy Park and Grab

This is a easy park and grab that was placed in Burbank to populate the area with some new caches. the difficulty rate is a little high due muggles at different times of the day. pick the right time and you've got it made, pick the wrong and might as well go home for a while.. As always please use caution and replace the cache the way you found it or even better.
