Accessible for I-84 westbound traffic only. Large paved parking area can accommodate numerous semis and other vehicles. View is looking over the Columbia River to both the east & west. A nice place to take a break and stretch your legs - get a breath of fresh air.
You are looking for a container about 4"x8". Trackables ok. Placed out of the way near a large rock where you can sit & enjoy the view during nice weather. Should help you to be less obvious to muggles. They have recently started placing wind turbines directly south across the interstate. You can watch barges as they move up & down the Columbia. Numerous trains also pass through this area on both sides of the river. You should also be able to see wildlife & birds and catch a nice sunset or sunrise. There are no restrooms, water or trash receptacles. Please practice cache in - trash out (CITO).
