A small lock-n-lock style container
I don't know. It sure looks like an Eiffel Tower to me. :)
I have always admired this tower ever since I first saw it. In the building below the Chicago famous Warsawski and Sons Auto Parts had relocated to after leaving their State Street store.
Spent many an hour here (as I did at the State Street location), browsing the store, waiting for a set of headers or mufflers to be brought up from the storeroom.
