Geocache Description:

The overall terrain rating 2 is ranked for the GPS signal, at where the refraction variance is from 11m to 100m.

The high density and tall skyline of Hong Kong's urban area is due to a lack of available sprawl space. An oasis is located at that jungle, at where is surrounded by those skyscrapers.

In order to save time for searching, please read all the information from the hints carefully.

- That location may be higher OR lower than you.
- Pay attention to the direction of a Non-smoking signal
