goingtopot: This was a hilarious TBBC entry in the Big Bozo Challenge, initiated (by Barkfeather) as one of the few Ammo Cans in Plain View caches in the area in 2008. (It was a tiny ammo can micro back then). Enjoyed placing it and enjoyed seeing all of the interest and fun cachers had over the years. I had one other "VDOT" cache archived when the guard rail frenzy occurred, that cache not even on VDOT "property". This one was a local "rail" (wooden) about 18 feet long that apparently screams to be included with the big boys on the actual highways. Has certainly run its course, thanks for all of the interest.
