A former grand entrance Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

vp4: We have decided to archive this listing. Firstly because it was missing when we went to look for it, secondly to protect the integrity of the structure and the integrity of geocaching. Relics such as these are fragile and over zealous arrow chasers have the potential to cause damage over time. We think that our initial idea of a hide may not have been such a good idea. Cheers

Geocache Description:

An easy driveby that caught my eye as I whizzed past. The stone wall entrance and grove of pines obviously led to an estate in years gone by but time has taken its toll and a less grand alternative is now in use.

The cache is a 400ml sistema placed in a position that will limit any unintentional damage of the fragile structure

The wall continues along the road and is in very good condition and is a fine example close to Geelong.
