Decided that while the first stage of this one is quite fun, the area has changed enough that we are going to pull this cache. Pulled the tags from stage1 and 3, and the box at the final. Went back around stage 2 but that seems to be gone.

Thanks to all who visited in the lake ~decade. And that first stage is neat enough, we just might put another cache out to highlight it.

Geocache Description:

Trails that aren't used much are a shame. To help these get a bit more use, we put this cache out here. All stages should be easy to find, in plain sight. No climbing required, but a bit of elevation change between the stages. All stages are metal tags, stamped with coords within 40ft of an established trail. No need to offroad through the valleys. Find the trail.

This is a college campus, so there are strict parking rules. Please pay attention to posted parking signs. (Most areas are open on the weekends and nights.) While this should be easy, it does cover a half mile from the first stage to the final. (Walking times may vary, but should be easily doable in a half hour.) The first two stages are fairly close to each other, highlighting a few oddities in the woods. Then a nice walk along the valley to the third stage, then continuing on to the final. Enjoy!
