This is my first hiding of a cache. I was marking a trail for a volkswalk, Mr. Walkie and Tin Cup Hunter were with me. We happened to look up and see this giant brightly painted macaw and we all said at the same time what a great place for a cache.

It looks like the colorful Macaw has been removed. Too bad because it was gorgeous, brightly colored and it didn't detract from the beauty of Forest Park. Obviously the park people think this kind of art is kind of anarchistic. I will leave the cache in place and unfortunately the entire reason for visiting the cache site has now been removed. Oh well. I didn't put the Macaw there I only found it and decided to put a cache there.
