This cache is located in the seashore which spreads beside Gannosu recreation center of Fukuoka.
There was Fukuoka Daiichi Hikoujyo(The first airfield of Fukuoka) opened in 1936 in cache area. The first airfield of Fukuoka was the greatest private sector international airport in Japan in prewar days. Only the slanting way for floatplanes remains now. You cannot go to cache area directly from the site of Gannosu recreation center. You will arrive at cache area, if you walk along a driveway about 10 minutes in the direction of an Island city.Keep in mind that there is a thorny plant in cache area. When you look for cache, please take care not to fall into the sea. Please never go into an off-limits zone.
