To find the hiding spot for this cache, you will need to visit the monument at the listed coordinates. The cache is X feet away from the monument, where X equals the first year listed on the plaque minus the 3rd year listed. What direction? That is for you to decide.
I don't want to include a hint or the size of the cache container since I want this to be a little bit of a challenge. An experienced cacher will know right where to look. If you are not an experienced cacher, how else will you get experience???
